hi,

it would be great if there were a button in autoupdate+ that could be used to force a refresh of all files (rebuild of the serverfiles directory). The wouldd match 2 UseCases:

1. The files that are included in the update project are located on a network drive. Currently we are not able to create the update on another pc cause the build function does not generate the server files a second time.

2. Changes in files that were added to the project before could be easily renewed by thah new button. (Think about having 100 files that had changed and the only way to refresh them is to remove and add again. This is especially time-consuming if settings for server folder and client destination had to be modifiesd for each file.)

best regards,

frank

I am a bit confused as to the feature request. Unless you own a very old release of AutoUpdate+, then a project build should always pull the latest files directly from their specified source location. What product release number are you using?

Regarding the forum edit issue: I will add that as a query to the webdev. I believe we're using a plain install of the Snitz forum software, and so we shouldn't expect to see such an issue.

We just updated our 5.0 to 5.1 and the problem seems to be solved. Maybe it was caused by the old autoupdate 3.x that still exists on our system to update old software versions.
